How Your Session Fee Is Calculated
Total billed time includes direct therapy, preparation and clinical documentation.

Home, school and community-based visits require a minimum of 45 mins face-to-face time. 30 minute sessions are offered only in clinics.
We bill for clinical work completed outside of sessions that directly supports your therapy, such as mandatory NDIA reports and AT coordination.
We require two (2) full business days' notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled within this window, or non-attendance, incur the full appointment fee.
How We Deliver Therapy
Clinic and telehealth sessions may be shorter where appropriate. Home, school and community sessions are delivered as a minimum 45 minutes face-to-face service.

- Review of therapy, medical and school reports

How Travel Is Charged
Where therapy is delivered outside the clinic, travel may be billed in line with NDIS guidelines.
