Support Worker
About the Role
Provide in-home and community support to help clients with daily living, mobility, and personal care. This role is hands-on and client-facing, helping people build confidence and independence in their everyday routines.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, mobility, and personal care
- Support clients in their homes and in the community
- Follow individual care and support plans
- Communicate updates clearly with the clinical team and family
What We're Looking For
- Experience in disability, aged care, or community support (preferred, not required)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one
- Reliable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently
- Driver's licence and own transport preferred
